Wine Dinner: Winter Winemaker

Our winemaker, David Coventry, will be hosting a guided wine dinner featuring 6 Mountain Brook Vineyards wines, including some of our library wines along with other unreleased wines.  

We will be pairing four of the wines while we learn more about Coventry, his passion for wine, music and his experiences in California and recently North Carolina.

First Course 

Wild Mushroom Soup finished with Truffle Cream & Chives paired with Mountain Brook Vineyards 2019  

Second Course 

NC Prime Beef Carpaccio paired with  Champagne & Dijon Dressing, Arugula Salad & Salsa Verde  Intermission: Mountain Brook Vineyards 2019  

Third Course 

Surf & Turf paired with Mountain Brook Vineyards BDX 2020 

Treat: Local chocolate truffles paired with Mountain Brook Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon
