Nebbiolo 2020 ($12/$38)
If you enjoy Pinot Noir, but enjoy big tannic wines then
give this a try! High tannin and acid, bright red fruit
along with subtle oak notes. Elegant and balanced.
CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2019 | N.C. ($12/$35)
Full deep garnet robe to the wine with purple rim. Varietal
character spelled out in nose with hint of bell pepper, tar, early
season black berry, mint leaf. Rich red fruits in tasting, almost pie
filling concentration; undertones of blueberry and toasted oak.
The finish leaves mouth coated with light powdery tannins and a
brûlée (toasted caramel) accent.
ALLIN | RED TABLE WINE ($10/$25)
Produced as a single cuvee taking many a small lot into account,
AllIn is driven by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Deep garnet core and rim show youth, however, the blend
produced a bouquet of cherry, tobacco, dry dark chocolate, and
dried leaves lending a mature, savory spirit to the blend.
TWENTY NINETEEN BDX | 2019 (12/$40)
Dark garnet color, great color; generous thick legs falling from
rim; aeration yields bouquet of moist earthy, dark fruit, black
pepper, vanillin oak, mint and plum. Very silky entry onto palate
displaying pepper, chocolate, black cherry, seared red meat. Very
savory wine with delicate, long-lasting finish. Decanting several hours recommended.
ROSÉ 2020 CAB SAUVIGNON | N.C. ($10/$23)
Salmon-colored rosé with a nuanced bouquet of savory herbs and spring stone fruits. Smooth mouthfeel with flavors of early-season strawberry & Bing cherry finished and a smooth balance of acidity and citrus sweetness.
CHARDONNAY 2019 | N.C. ($10/$25)
Brilliant clarity, straw yellow hue, aromas of ripe peach, pear and
underlying citrus notes. Silky entrance and rich fruit flavors fill
mid-palate with enough weight to provide an unctuous feel as it
moves around the cheeks.
VIOGNIER 2019 | N.C. ($10/$28)
This Viognier from this exceptional vintage delivers a finished wine
in keeping with the best traditions of Condrieu in the Norther
Rhone Valley of France. The wine is crystal clear, with bright straw
yellow hue, from which emanates bouquet of sun-dried apricots,
barlett pear and honeysuckle. The mid-palate is filled with an
array of tropical fruit and mouthwatering acidity, balanced by
ensuring weight of the wine, that builds through the finish.
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2020 ($12/$28)
Honeydew, pink grapefruit, gooseberries, white peach, flower
blossom, granular in the mouth, stone minerality. Oak
fermentation and maturation gave it muscles in the mid-palate and
an elongated finish.
Luminous yellow color, brilliant clarity followed by potpourri of
tropical fruit attacking the nose while you swirl. Very hedonistic
bouquet that begs sipping. Mouth at first very subtle, with fruit
taste of mango, pineapple, guava lifting up the longer the wine
stays on the palate. Sweet taste caroms into dry finish that lasts full
