Mountain Brook Vineyards can provide the magical backdrop to the wedding of your dreams. You can choose between renting Victoria Meadows for the ceremony and the Barrel Room Events Center for your reception, or you can rent the Events Center for both the ceremony and reception.  We provide the wine (minimum purchase of a case per every 35 guests) and look to you to provide your own wedding planner or other professionals to plan and execute your big day.

Victoria Meadows

Victoria Meadows is secluded beneath our block of Petit Verdot and surrounded by a wall of trees that encircle the southern part of the area. The tranquility of the area is breathtaking. Equally stunning is the custom-made arbor that sits on nine-foot-tall columns that grace the center of the outdoor platform that will be the centerpiece of your event. The arbor features hand-crafted hearts and grapes as it soars more than twenty feet above the lawn. The lush green lawn area itself can seat more than 200 persons to celebrate you and your new beginnings. And after the ceremony, you and your guests can retreat to the comforts of the Barrel Room Events Center for your reception and wedding festivities.

Barrel Room Events Center

Host your next event, reception, or wedding inside our Barrel Room and Events Center at Mountain Brook Vineyards. The building is first, and foremost, an operating winery building. Inside, you will find our beautiful oak barrels aging our fine wines stacked along the walls. Covering over 7200 square feet on two floors, the building is also capable of hosting much more than wine barrels. The loft area includes a private sitting room and adjacent bridal preparation suite. Filled with mirrors, sitting areas, a bar, and a private restroom. The upstairs loft area is perfect for small gatherings, or perhaps the best place for your big band to play the night away as you dance below on the winery floor. The winery itself can be configured to accommodate comfortably 175 guests upstairs and downstairs for dining, with a commercial catering preparation station in the building to support any catering option you may select for your event. A special area known as Cooper’s Terrace is an outdoor reception area that can easily accommodate a cocktail hour or reception of over 75 persons at any one time as they congregate before and after your big event. Cooper’s Terrace can also be rented by the hour for parties and other celebrations or events. Like Victoria Meadows, the Barrel Room and Events Center is separate from our public tasting area, providing you with privacy and a unique wedding experience.
