On January 15th, we are hosting a Winter Winemaker’s Dinner from 6-9:30 catered by Maestro Bistro from Greenville. We have a fantastic menu to pair with four tastings of Mountain Brook wines, including our brand new, unreleased Viognier!

Menu:

Scallop Ceviche Passed Appetizer Apricot-Mojo marinated scallops garnished with pickled chilis, shaved shallots, cilantro, and spicy orange pearls. Paired with a premiere tasting of our unreleased Viognier!

Poached Egg Frisee Butter poached leeks, crispy bacon, soft poached egg, parmesan shavings, tomato consume croutons, and a pistachio champagne vinaigrette. Paired with our Chardonnay

Grilled Trout topped with seared ricotta gnudi, parmesan, finished with a roasted tomato basil butter sauce. Paired with our new All-in

Bone-in Pork Chop Roasted red pepper salad with feta, white sweet potato puree, finished with a smoke fig and wine sauce. Paired with our Twenty-Nineteen BDX

Dark Chocolate Mousse Raspberry and Espresso infused chocolate mousse. Paired with our Twenty-Nineteen BDX
