We are thrilled to be welcoming back our popular club release wine dinner. This is the perfect opportunity to dress up, top it a notch and enjoy fantastic food along with good friends and great wine. This event is to cater those that prefer a more formal set up while you get to enjoy the fantastic food of Chef Graham. Here is the scrumptious menu we have ready for you: Reception Mountain Brook Vineyards Blanc de Blancs Sparkling wine paired with Chicken mousse pate First Mountain Brook Vineyards 2021 Riesling paired with Curry Chicken Tiki Masala served with basmati rice roasted shallots, garlic, fire roasted pepper finished in a crème fraiche Second Mountain Brook Vineyards Pinot Noir paired with Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin in a cherry sauce served over seasonal roasted vegetables Intermission Mountain Brook Vineyards Nebbiolo Third Mountain Brook Vineyards Zinfandel paired with Steak Au Poivre served over pappardelle pasta Seared peppercorn-crusted steak with a creamy pan sauce Cost: $75 to Club Members (members can bring 2 more guest under this discount) Non Club Members $90 Event is limited to 100 seats.
